IPA Theory #5 - India Pale Ale by Ocho
IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively.
We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks.
For the fifth IPA Theory we’ve turned the temp down on this West Coast style IPA. It's a "cold IPA", using lager yeast and cold fermentation. The Vienna malt base gives this Cold IPA a delightful toasty/bready malt character. Layered on top of this is a massive dose of Citra, Galaxy, and Ella hops yielding a floral, pineapple/papaya hop aroma and flavour.
Packaged June 2024.
