An IPA Theory series release

IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively.

We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks.

Ounce of Truth is the first release for season 2 of our IPA Theory series, and the 7th release overall. This time we went back to basics and brewed a downright honest West Coast IPA, dripping with delicious candied citrus and a grapefruity bitterness.
