- Hops: We use a combination of locally sourced Cascade hops from Tasmania and Centennial hops from the U.S., adding bittersweet citrus notes that provide just the right level of hop character.
- Yeast: The West Yorkshire Ale yeast strain enhances the malt-forward flavors while lending a touch of fruity esters, rounding out the beer with a clean finish.
